At Textify.tools, your privacy is fundamental to how we build and run our tools. This policy explains how we handle any information that may be collected when you visit our website.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

All of our text tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. That means:

No text data leaves your device. We never see, store, or log the text you paste into any tool.
No account or registration. You don't need to sign up, and we don't ask for an email or password.
No personal information. We don't collect names, email addresses, or any identifiable data.

If you close the browser tab, everything vanishes. There's simply nothing on our servers that could be linked to you or your content.

2. Anonymous Usage Data

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and what browsers they use. Google Analytics collects completely anonymous data such as:

Page views and navigation paths
Device type (desktop/mobile/tablet)
Browser and operating system
Approximate geographic region (country level)

3. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies:

Preference cookie: A small cookie named theme is stored in your browser to remember whether you prefer dark mode or light mode. This cookie contains only the text "dark" or "light" and no other information.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish unique users anonymously. We do not control these cookies; they are governed by Google's privacy policies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Our tools will still work perfectly without them.

4. Third‑Party Services

Google AdSense

We display advertisements through Google AdSense to help cover hosting and development costs. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our site or other websites. These cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads that may be more relevant to you.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or by using browser extensions that block tracking cookies.

Unpkg CDN

We load the Lucide icon library from unpkg.com. When your browser fetches this file, unpkg may log standard request information (IP address, user agent). We do not share any data with unpkg beyond what is necessary to serve the icons.

5. Data Security

Because we don't collect or store any of your text, there's nothing to secure from our end. All tool processing is local to your device. However, like any website, we use HTTPS to protect the communication between your browser and our server (but again, no text data is transmitted).

6. Children's Privacy

Textify.tools does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data (which is nearly impossible given our design), we would delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we'll add a notice on the homepage for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
